"Count" Ungula can be found in Zangarmarsh [29.5, 56.3]. He is an enormous Nether Ray whose mandibles are of interest to the Cenarion Expedition. Note that, if tamed as a hunter pet, he has caster stats (as do most nether rays, including all others with the same appearance). He drops an item that begins a quest.
