"Pretty Boy" Duncan is a level 39 human located in a Bloodsail Buccaneers camp the Southern Savage Coast in the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. Duncan stole Catelyn the Blade's knife.

Duncan offers the quest  [60] Avast Ye, Scallywag which requires friendly reputation with the Bloodsail Buccaneers. if  [60] Avast Ye, Admiral! was not accepted or done before.
