He starts the quest 
[41] Return to MacKinley.
He ends the quest [41] Scaring Shaky, which requires you to scare "Shaky" into paying back his gambling debts to "Sea Wolf" MacKinley by showing him chunks of gorilla meat and fooling him into thinking it was some person "Sea Wolf" had killed for not paying their debt to him.
