32 Pound Catfish

A 32 Pound Catfish is a trophy fish that can be caught while fishing. It does nothing, but can be equipped in the off-hand and shown off.

If you merely wield the trophy fish, it will not show on your character. You have to type 'z' to force the wielded items to display.

Trophy catfish can be fished in most zones that you can also catch Raw Bristle Whisker Catfish, but there are no confirmed catches of the 32 Pound Catfish in capital cities.

Achievements

Catching this fish satisfies the requirements of the One That Didn't Get Away achievement. Only the heaviest trophy fish of each species satisfies the quest requirements. (A few of the rare fish that satisfy this achievement are not this sort of trophy fish.)

The Accomplished Angler achievement, the overall fishing achievement, requires completion of One That Didn't Get Away, so catching the 32 Pound Catfish will apply toward that achievement as well.
