It would appear that Mad Magglish has been drinking lately in the Wailing Caverns. Retrieve his drink from him as the objective of 
[14D] Trouble at the Docks. Mad Magglish is not inside the actual instance, but is in the caves leading up to the instance. He can appear in 3 different places at the beginning of the Caverns.
