This item is created when a person uses an [Unhatched Jubling Egg] and then waits a week. The [Unhatched Jubling Egg] is a reward for completing the quest 
[1] Spawn of Jubjub which starts with Morja at the Darkmoon Faire. Every once in awhile, a fly will spawn and he will shoot out his tongue and eat it like a real frog. Jubling is known to guzzle all Dark Iron Ale it comes into contact with.
