Absorb Vitality is a debuff cast on a creature or character by Spectral Stallions in Karazhan. It reduces Stamina by 20 and Strength by 20 and can stack up to 10 times. Even though the debuff on the player is not dispellable, the buff from the mob can be dispelled through normal means.
