The Adventurer's Cape is an uncommon world drop item; it can be dropped by mobs or found inside chests in old world zones such as Lower Blackrock Spire, Molten Core, and Blasted Lands.
It has an increased chance to drop from Narixxus the Doombringer in Blasted Lands, and a slightly increased chance to drop from Overlord Wyrmthalak in Lower Blackrock Spire and Nefarian in Blackwing Lair.
