Advisor's Ring is one of several Horde PvP reward rings from Warsong Gulch aimed at caster classes, with bonuses to Stamina, spell damage and mana per 5. They can be purchased from Kelm Hargunth <Warsong Supply Officer> at Mor'shan Base Camp in The Barrens.

Each item is Unique, but you could wear two different level Advisor's Rings if you wanted to, as these are different items.
