Aetharon^{[44.2, 81.4]}

is an elemental ascendant, a corrupted being granted enormous elemental powers. He can be found very close to the Altar of Twilight in the southern part of the Twilight Citadel in the Twilight Highlands, guarding one of the Earthen Ring's portals that was left behind when the shaman departed to assist those in Deepholm. He waits upon a small island floating high above the area.

• Aetharon's respawn rate is very fast. Be sure to kill him and then get away quickly.
