Agatian Fallanos is a blood elf enchanting vendor located at Dragonmaw Port in Twilight Highlands. He is found in a small building^{[76.6, 49.4]}

near the water with several other vendors. He sells enchanting recipes at the cost of  [Maelstrom Crystal]s,  [Hypnotic Dust], and  [Heavenly Shard]s. Senthii is the Alliance counterpart, who sells the same formulas to Alliance players at Highbank.
