The subject of this article or section is part of Feast of Winter Veil, a seasonal event that lasts several weeks. Once the event has run its course, this will no longer be available until next year, but there are no guarantees.

- The rifle has a short cast time and like many other ranged weapons, there is a minimum range of 5 yards. The maximum range is 25 yards.
- The rifle does not always hit the target, which is required by the achievement. Missing, however, will still aggro the target by startling it. Hit rating does not appear to be factor.
- The rifle will sometimes backfire
