Plaguemaster Middleton is the former Forksaken agent in charge of the forces occupying the Ruins of Naxxramas. After he discovered Kel'Thuzad's phylactery amongst the ruins, he became possessed by the dark shade of Kel'Thuzad. Rallying the surviving Scourge champions of Naxxramas, Middleton, now Plaguemaster of the Scourge, led them into the surviving chambers within the fallen necropolis. There, he plans to resurrect Kel'Thuzad and unleash the lord of the liches upon Azeroth.
Slime Ball — Middleton releases a tiny ooze that rushes across the chamber in a straight line, exploding upon contact with anyone and dealing nature damage and applying the Slime Splash debuff.
Slime Splash — Increases nature damage taken from all sources. Stacks to 99.
Blight Bomb — Middleton hurls a vial of explosive blight at the position of three random targets. The vials explode upon striking the ground, dealing nature damage to all nearby targets.
Aura of Blight — A cloud of blight surrounds Middleton, reducing all damage he takes and increasing his health regeneration. Players close by will take periodic nature damage. Reduces damage taken by 90% and increases health regeneration by 90%. Deals nature damage to anyone within 10 yards
Path of Blight — When Middleton moves, he leaves behind a trail of blighted ooze. Anyone walking across it takes massive nature damage every second. Blighted ooze trails last for 30 seconds.
Active Soul Magnet — Activates a Soul Magnet. 5 second casting time
Repair Beam — Activates a Soul Magnet's repair function. 5 second casting time
Guardian Abomination's Abilities
Linked to Soul Magnet — If the Guardian Abomination is moved more than 30 yards from its Soul Magnet, it will go into a frenzy. It's attack power and speed will increase every 3 seconds it is further than 30 yards away. If the Soul Magnet the Abomination is linked to is damaged, it will die. Stacks to 5. Lasts for 10 seconds. Each stack increases the Guardian Abomination's attack power by 50% and attack speed by 25%.
Meat Hook — Grabs a random target and pulls them to the Abomination's current location. Deals physical damage to the target and interrupts spellcasting.
Soul Belch — The Abomination belches out a column of vile shadow energy, periodically dealing large amounts of shadow damage to anything in front of it. 5 second channel.
Soul Magnet Machine's Abilities
Summon Naxxramas Spirit — While a machine is destroyed, it will periodically cause a Naxxramas Spirit to spawn and attack the nearest target. Naxxramas Spirits are non-elites with a simple, shadow-damaged based attack.
Release Spirit — When destroyed, a Soul Magnet will release 3-4 Naxxramas Spirits.
Repair Function — Activated by Middleton. A destroyed Soul Margnet will repair itself with full health and gain a stack of the Damaged debuff. 20 second casting time.
Damaged — Soul Magnets acquire a stack of this debuff when they are repaired. Reduces the Soul Magnet's health by 25%. Stacks to 3.
Phase Two - Kel'Thuzad's Abilities
Frost Bolt — Deals a large amount of frost damage. 3 second casting time. Cast on primary target. Interruptable.
Frost Bolt Volley — Cast every second when no one is in melee range, cast only occasionally when at least one target is in melee range. Strikes all targets for large amounts of frost damage. Instant cast.
Shadow Globes — Conjures five Shadow Globes in a cluster. 4 seconds after forming, the Globes will detonate, dealing massive shadow damage to anyone caught in their area of effect and tossing them into the air.
Chains of Kel'Thuzad — Kel'Thuzad will mark the location of five targets. 3 seconds after marking, Kel'Thuzad will release chains that will strike the marked locations. Any players that are struck by the chains are dragged into Kel'Thuzad's phylactery and must fight their way out.
Shadow Globes — If a player dies inside Kel'Thuzad's phylactery, Kel'Thuzad gains increased attack and spell damage. Stacks to 4. Increases attack and spell damage by 25%.
Vile Spirits
Vile Eruption — If a Vile Spirit comes into melee range with a target, it explodes, destroying the Vile Spirit and dealing shadow damage to all those nearby. Increases damage players take from shadow based spells.
Phylactery Wraith
Frigid Eruption — If a Phylactery Wraith comes into melee range with a target, it explodes, destroying the Phylactery Wraith and dealing frost damage to all those nearby. Reduces movement speed by 25% for 4 seconds.
Phase Three - Heroic Mode Only
Shade of Kel'Thuzad's Abilities:
Chill of the Grave — Increases damage taken by all shadowfrost spells. Applied every second. Stacks to 99.
Wrath of the Lich Lord — Deals shadowfrost damage to all targets. 3 second casting time. Cannot be interrupted.
