Alchemist Arbington is a level 58 quest giver located at Chillwind Camp in the contested territory of the Western Plaguelands.

He starts the following quests:

Arbington is helping High Priestess MacDonnell remove the taint of the Scourge upon the Plaguelands. With the help of adventurers, they think an experimental potion can reverse the effects of the Scourge Cauldrons.^[1][2]
