Alchemy Lab

As of patch 3.0.8, Alchemy Labs are nearly relics of the past, as there is only once recipe left that still requires one: the [Mercurial Stone]. This was originally used by Jewelcrafters to make [Mercurial Adamantite]; however, it is no longer required and is now a trinket (as of Patch 3.0.9). Alchemy labs were originally intended to be an additional component to making the especially powerful flasks more challenging to make.
Labs can be found in:
- Scholomance: In the room where you fight Ras Frostwhisper.
- Blackwing Lair: Just past Broodlord's gate.

Shattrath City: In the Lower City, for Burning Crusade players (in the Arakkoa tower northwest of the Aldor bank) [43, 19].
- Isle of Quel'Danas: First floor of the Inn of Sun's Reach Harbor, next to Mar'nah[51.5, 32.6], starting in phase 4C of the Shattered Sun Offensive storyline.

Acherus: The Ebon Hold
The laboratory in Undercity (with Doctor Herbert Halsey) does not qualify as an alchemical laboratory.
