Aldor Vindicators are level 70 guards located on the Aldor Rise in the neutral Shattrath City. They give directions to various locations within the city. They are affiliated with the Aldor. Therefore a Scryer can attack them. Althought they are elite, they have very measly health and hit for weak damage however they use a 1 second cast spell called "Banished from Shattrath City" that shackles you for 7 seconds preventing all actions and then teleports you out of Shattrath leaving a 3 minute debuff that reduces movement speed by 20% and base stats by 20%.
