Alluvion can be found in Terokkar Forest in an area named Blackwind Lake which is only accessible to players level 70+ whom have a flying mount. This mob is found in Skettis in the southeastern portion of Terokkar Forest. He can usually be found wandering along the big lake in the middle of the area. He is currently not involved in any quest.
