Altar of Quetz'lun

The Altar of Quetz'lun is an altar erected in homage for the fallen serpent goddess, Quetz'lun, within Zul'Drak. It is filled with Drakkari trolls who betrayed Quetz'lun in order to siphon her power against the Scourge. Quetz'lun herself is there in a dead spirit world of sort from which she plots to torment those who once worshiped her.
Phasing
Beginning with the quest 
[77] Seek the Wind Serpent Goddess, upon entering this region, the character will gain the Ghostly buff, "leaving their mortal form behind" and going into Quetz'lun's private underworld.
This uses the same graphics transformation as being dead, and works much like the Bash'ir Phasing Device in that while you have the buff on, you are in the phased environment.
The phased environment has non-elite mobs.
