Captain Crudbeard a level 24 death knight in service to the Stormpike Guard. Following the death of the Lich King Crudbeard either left the Knights of the Ebon Blade or the Scourge and joined the Stormpike. In preparation for their assault to claim the Hillsbrad Foothills for themselves Captain Crudbeard was stationed at the Headland.

Crudbeard seems to be prefer solitude as he threatens bodily harm to any who interpret him. After Horde adventures disguised as a SI:7 insult his worth as a death knight he attacks and is subsequently killed in, as Melisara says, self-defense.
