Amani'shi Berserker can be found in Zul'Aman. They are found as trash before Hex Lord Malacrass, two will spawn outside of his temple when all animal bosses have been killed. Then there are two located inside the temple just prior to Hex Lord Malacrass. They come two at a time and each one should be tanked. Both have a nasty enrage and a knockback.
