The subject of this article was removed from World of Warcraft in patch 2.0.3. This includes items and quests that can no longer be obtained. The in-game information in this article is kept purely for historical purposes and should probably not be under any other categories.

This item dropped from Lord Kazzak in the Blasted Lands prior to patch 2.0.3 and later during the Dark Portal Opens world event from Highlord Kruul (who had the same loot table). Now, however, it is unobtainable.
