Anchorite Fateema is a level 8 first aid trainer located at Azure Watch in the draenei starting zone of Azuremyst Isle.
She starts the quest

Fateema is one of the many who journey to Blood Watch to celebrate the hero of Bloodmyst and Azuremyst.
Her name is a reference to Fatima, a daughter of Muhammed, founder of the Islamic faith, and a revered figure in that culture.
