Anchorite Truuen is a level 58 draenei quest giver usually located at Chillwind Camp in the contested territory of Western Plaguelands. However, as part of a quest, he often walks to Uther's Tomb for prayers. He appeared at Chillwind Camp following Patch 2.0.1, "Before the Storm". His counterpart is the blood elf Mehlar Dawnblade at the Bulwark.

Truuen, like most draenei in Azeroth, has heard much of the heroes of the Alliance; Uther the Lightbringer was the one who interested him the most, and he wished to pay tribute to the fallen hero at his tomb on Sorrow Hill.

He starts the following quests:
