Elune the Moon Goddess is considered Azeroth’s only true deity, but the night elves tend to treat the other Ancients much like deities as well, particularly Malorne the Waywatcher and Cenarius (apparently killed by demon-inspired orcs in the Third War, though some druids and priests claim that his spirit yet lingers, waiting to take form again).
