Angry Kvaldirs can be found in the waters of the Sea Reaver's Run, north of Icecrown.

They are one of three mobs attracted by the  [Fresh Chum] cast in the water by players on the  A Silver Confidant/ The Sunreavers-level daily quest

Unlike the sharks, they do not drop the request  [North Sea Shark Meat].
