Annetta Crank once lived in Bilgewater Port and one day she met Wallace Boltscrew in the Port, and the two are now inseparable lovers and inventors. The two of them have crafted several submarines that could prove extremely dangerous; Duke Falrevere is holding these vessels secretly beneath Bloodsail Hold for now, for fear of tipping his hand to the Blackwater Raiders before he is ready.[1]
