Anthion Harmon is a level 60 quest giver located outside Stratholme in the contested territory of Eastern Plaguelands. Finding him is the objective of the quest In Search of Anthion, which begins the third quest line for the 0.5 dungeon set upgrade. You must use the Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer outside Stratholme to begin the quest Dead Man's Plea, or as it is commonly known, the Strat 45. See Baron in 45.
