Apex Point is an area inside Sunwell Plateau. Kalecgos is found here. Apex Point is the upper level of Parhelion Plaza and is accessed after going up the stairs and crossing the watchtower points, raid members will soon come face to face with the enslaved Kalecgos across a red carpet stretch.

A nightmarish version of Kalecgos' arena called the Inner Veil can be found during the encounter.
