Apoko is one of the 8 different NPCs that can be with Priestess Delrissa, the third boss in Magisters' Terrace.

He is a shaman, drops Totems (Windfury, Fire Nova), and heals the Priestess and the three other random NPC spawns.

He is crowd-controllable, should be crowd-controlled the whole fight or killed quickly, as he heals his teammates if left alone.
