Apprentice Nelphi can be found patrolling Dalaran from Krasus' Landing to the Silver Enclave to the Magus Commerce Exchange to the Legerdemain Lounge.

Nelphi sends champions of the Alliance to meet her patron, Jaina Proudmoore, inside the Forge of Souls, the first of the Frozen Halls instances in Icecrown Citadel.

She begins the following quest:
