Can't be banished.

Crashing Wave Is a cone based attack (face it away from the raid). Which only hits for around 2.5k.

They periodically summon a single Aqueous Spawn, which should be banished until the Aqueous Lord is taken care of. They will continue to summon more Aqueous Spawn as long as they're alive, so taking them down before other mobs in mixed pulls is advisable.
