Arantir <The Hand of Chaos> is a level 45 elite night elf Alliance NPC in the Lakeshire Docks, in the Redridge Mountains. He currently serves no purpose.
He once finished a rogue only quest, Horns of Nez'ra, that his shadow gave. However, the quest was removed and Arantir remained. The quest served as a way to gain reputation with Ravenholdt.
