The Arboretum is located immediately north of the Jade Temple Grounds in the Jade Forest. It is a large forest filled with cherry trees. Though the western part of the forest can be dangerous, players will find the Serpent Riders within the eastern part. Raising their rep with this faction and completing quests will allow players to acquire their very own cloud serpent mount.
