The Arcane Elixir enchances the imbiber's magical power by adding 20 damage to every spell cast while it is in effect.
This powerful potion is extremely difficult to make, and is always in demand by mages across Azeroth. The bluish-green liquid sparkles with arcane flashes that seem to dance in entrancing patterns that can almost, but not quite, be identified as meaningful.[1]
