Arcane Meditation is a Mage talent that allows some mana regeneration to continue while casting. This applies to spirit-based mana regeneration, which normally does not restore mana inside the five second rule. With three points in this talent, 50% of the mage's spirit-based mana regeneration will continue during the five second rule. Arcane Meditation stacks with the spell Mage Armor. This talent is popular with high-level mages, where mana efficiency over long raid boss fights is important.
