Arcane Powder is a reagent used by mages to cast the spells Arcane Brilliance and Ritual of Refreshment.
- Stacks in lots of 20. -As of 3.0.8 they stack in lots of 100.
- Any class may purchase and hold these, however they can only be used by mages.
- A single powder is consumed each time Arcane Brilliance is cast, regardless of the number of people that receive the buff.
- Ritual of Refreshment consumes two powders when the ritual is complete.

The cost of the powder may be discounted, depending on the reputation held with the vendor's faction. If discounted, the cost for each is 9 .
Arcane Powder is also used for some Engineering recipes such as The Bigger One in goblin engineering.
