Arcane Tarot is an Inscription spell that creates one of five 'Mages' cards at random:

• [Ace of Mages], [Two of Mages], [Three of Mages], [Four of Mages] or [Five of Mages].

Combining one of each card creates a [Mages Deck], which begins Darkmoon Faire quest  [35] Mages Deck.
