Arcanist Asarina can be found with the other tier 9 armor vendors just west of the Crusaders' Coliseum between the Silver Covenant and Sunreaver Pavilions at Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. She sells item level 245 weapons and armor to members of the Alliance. Her Silver Covenant compatriots are:

•  Aspirant Forudir sells Conquest-level (ilvl 232) tier 9
•  Valiant Laradia sells Triumph-level (ilvl 245) tier 9
•  Champion Isimode sells Heroic-level (ilvl 258) tier 9

Asarina's Horde equivalent is Magistrix Iruvia.
