The Arcanum of Focus is a quest reward from the quest Libram of Focus which starts with Lorekeeper Lydros in Dire Maul. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items:

- The Arcanum used to be needed for the special class-specific Zul'Gurub enchantments. However, the requirement was removed in Patch 1.11.

Patch changes
Patch 1.11.0 (20-Jun-2006): Class specific enchantments given by Zanza the Restless no longer require Arcanum (Librams) from Dire Maul. The requirements have been changed to items found within Zul'Gurub. Speak with Zanza the Restless for more information.
