Slayers of Stupid, Incompetent, and Disappointing Minions is a title granted by Nefarian upon killing Maloriak on heroic mode.
When the title was discovered in the game files, there was much speculation about whether it would actually be awarded, and if so, what it would be a reward for. Some speculated that it would be the next version of the Patient, awarded for using the Dungeon Finder. Nefarian's quote after Maloriak's death pointed to the title being related to Blackwing Descent, but it was not until December 20, 2010, when Premonition killed Maloriak on heroic mode on a live server, that the title was confirmed.[1]
The title is not permanent, but is granted via a 30-minute buff called 
Master Adventurer Award — Thanks for killing my worthless minions!
