Archmage Berinand is a Dalaran Archmage stationed in the Transitus Shield. According to Librarian Serrah he spent his life studying the aspect and behaviors of Malygos and is now the Kirin Tor's foremost authority on him. Part of his studies, written down in [Berinand's Research], were about the Arcanomicon - the map of all Ley lines on Azeroth.

He sells several staves and maces and repairs.
