Captain Thalo'thas Brightsun is a level 25 quest giver located in Ratchet in Northern Barrens.

Thalo'thas offers the quest [20] The Guns of Northwatch to Horde player characters, expressing an open hostility to the Alliance forces in Northwatch Hold who have attacked his ships. He is friendly to Alliance player characters but will not offer the quest to them. He is aligned with the Steamwheedle Cartel in Ratchet and heads the Thalo'dan Privateers.
