Arctic Cloud is a gas cloud that occurs in icy areas such as Dragonblight, Icecrown, and Storm Peaks. They also appear in small icy areas within Howling Fjord. It can be harvested by engineers using a Zapthrottle Mote Extractor, turning into varying amounts of [Crystallized Air] and [Crystallized Water].
