The Arena Master is an uncommon trinket. It can be upgraded to the rare trinket 
[Arena Grand Master] by collecting another 11 Arena Master trinkets.

This item is found everytime in the Arena Treasure Chest at the Gurubashi Arena during the Booty run. As of a recent patch, this trinket is unwearable by level 19 twinks due to the level 35 requirement.
