Argent Crusader is a quest reward from the quest The Argent Hold which starts with Lord Maxwell Tyrosus in Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. The quest chain to get this weapon begins with The Archivist and then continues when you acquire the head of Balnazzar and accept the quest The Truth Comes Crashing Down.
