Argent Dawn Banner is a rare quality trinket bought from an Argent Quartermaster during the Scourge Invasion pre-WotLK event for 8 Necrotic Runes. It will summon an untargetable Argent Dawn banner which does 10 ticks of Consecrate for 38 Holy damage each, totalling 380. This does not appear to be affected by spell power.
