Armored to the Teeth is a talent in the Fury tree, you will need to spend 3 points in Fury to max it. It exists just to keep Warriors from wearing leather/mail gear, and is a solid part of any warrior build (Especially for tanks, since they tend to have a lot of armor.)

• Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): This talent now provides 1/2/3 attack power per 108 armor, up from per 180 armor. 
  
• Patch 3.0.3 (2008-11-04): Grants only attack power (as intended) and recalculates the bonus immediately upon learning any rank of the talent.
