The Ashtongue Deathsworn are Broken Draenei under the command of the Elder Sage Akama. Akama, believed to be a servitor of the Betrayer, Illidan Stormrage, may not be as loyal to the Lord of Outland as originally thought...
Reputation
Upon talking to Akama, players become neutral with the Ashtongue Deathsworn. Reputation can be gained with the Deathsworn by completing some quest chains. You also gain rep by killing the mobs inside of Black Temple.
Rewards
Quests
There is a Quest chain that leads to Akama. It starts from either the Aldor Base, Altar of Sha'tar or the Scryers base, Sanctum of the Stars, depending on your affiliation.
[70] Tablets of Baa'ri (from Arcanist Thelis for the Scryers or Anchorite Ceyla for the Aldor)
- [70] Oronu the Elder
- [70] The Ashtongue Corruptors
- [70] The Warden's Cage
- [70] Proof of Allegiance (250 reputation)
- [70] Akama (25 reputation)
After you complete that chain, Akama begins another, which takes you to The Arcatraz.

- [70] A Mysterious Portent (150 reputation)
- [70G] The Ata'mal Terrace (250 reputation)
After this chain Akama sends you to Shattrath with a message for A'dal in the quest Akama's Promise (1000 reputation with Ashtongue Deathsworn and The Sha'tar). At this point non-humans will have 1925 (Neutral) reputation with the faction.
Once the above quests are completed, upon slaying Fathom Lord Karathress in Serpentshrine Cavern an NPC called Seer Olum will spawn; talking to him will begin the following quest chain:

- [70R] Ruse of the Ashtongue (500 reputation, requires entering The Eye)
- [70R] An Artifact From the Past (500 reputation, requires entering Battle for Mount Hyjal)
- [70] The Hostage Soul (75 reputation)
- [70] Entry Into the Black Temple (150 reputation)
- [70] A Distraction for Akama (rewards [Medallion of Karabor] for entry to the Black Temple)
- [70R] Seek Out the Ashtongue (350 reputation)
- [70R] Redemption of the Ashtongue (500 reputation)
- [70R] The Fall of the Betrayer (rewards [Blessed Medallion of Karabor])
