Astral Shift is a three-point talent that reduces damage done to you while you are stunned, feared or silenced. It is a very powerful talent for PvP use, as any of those conditions means that you are unable to act, and defenseless.

Notes Edit

• Due to the rare nature of such encounters while raiding, players consider this a PvP-only talent.

• Coupled with Lightning Shield, it allows you to stay effectively in the fight even if you cannot break free of these conditions (i.e. your trinket is on Cooldown).
