The Ata'mal Crystal is a quest item for both 
[70] Full Triangle and [70] Special Delivery to Shattrath City.
This is actually one of the shards of the original Ata'mal crystal, known as Spirit's Song. It was held by the Prophet Velen prior to the raid on the Exodar, and fell into the hands of the Burning Legion. It is held by the Dreadlord Culuthas, who believes himself above the rule of the Legion with the crystal in his possession. Nexus-Prince Haramad, leader of the Consortium, sends a party to triangulate its location, and reclaim it. Inspired by the selflessness displayed by the adventurers in bringing it to him, Haramad attunes his personal teleporter to Shattrath City, where it is delivered to the naaru A'dal.
